'Geisha' bar and pan-asian restaurant is Liverpool's award winning Korova group's first foray into an eastern themed venue. Geisha influences are from the notable Parisian venues 'Buddha Bar' and 'China Club', and New York's famous Tao's. Geisha takes some of the components of these style of operations but blends them with Korova's trade mark commitment to innovative and challenging visual statements. Korova are keen to stress that 'Geisha', in common with most of their venues, is as much a bar operation a it is a restaurant. A range of Sakes (Japanese rice wine spirit) will complement a range of expertly produced international classic cocktails, and an extensive list of Asian beers. The bar operation will also allow guests to enjoy small dim sum platters, Sushi and noodle bowls, as an alternative to the more comprehensive menu of Chinese, Thai, and Japanese cuisine in the large mezzanine level restaurant space. |
